Small Expressions - Success

The small expressions show has come and gone, and I really enjoyed it. I had two scheduled mornings to volunteer but I did an extra morning shift, because it really was fun.

How did I do?  I sold Flint and Roger, so he’s gone to a new home. Mary Irene actually sold as well, but there is a story to it. A gentleman saw how much his wife liked Mary Irene, so when she had gone outside, he bought the doll. Apparently when he went out and told her what he had bought her, she told him to return it. HUH!!

So back she came, but I think it’s meant for someone else sometime down the road. Time will tell. The other wonderful piece of news is that I won the Viewers Choice award for Mary Irene. I was shocked to say the least but it was true. They gave me all the ballots that showed me the win. Now my membership is paid for next year. What a treat and such a great way to end the show… ;o)

So if you’re interested, Mary Irene and Phidias are available to buy. Please click on the link above “Art Dolls for Sale” and you’ll find them there along with a few others.

My worktable is busy busy busy and I have the sore joints in my hands to prove it. ;o~  Come back again soon…

Raggies are posted

If you’ve been following my other blog, you would have seen some rag dolls I made last year. I still have a couple of them and have now posted them on the prims page.

The pricing information is there just above the pictures.

I really like this one the best. Jessica Hamilton is the one that created the sweet face template. She has those on her Etsy page, so be sure to check them out, and she has many other styles as well.  Click Here.

Christmas Stockings

Today’s additions are Christmas Stockings. I plan on more, I love making them. There are different styles and all of them are fully lined as well with very good quilting cotton, making them to last for a very long time. Many Christmases from now for sure.

There are four for now, and I’m still adding to the content of the pages, so do come back another time and check in. More pictures on the stockings page, here is one sample for you…

Thanks so much…

Prim Dolls

I’ve added a new page to the tabs above. From time to time I make Prim dolls. I have a couple added to the new page. There are more pictures than what I have below. They are just a little closer than the full view.

I will be adding a couple of rag dolls left from Christmas shortly. I hope you like Peggy and Sara, they really are cute if you like Prim themed dolls. I like this style, they just look like cute little kids, well except for their noses. ;o~

Pricing is on the page.
